There are no hardware upgrades you can do to your PC to have it meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.
The processor is not supported--needs to be an Intel 8th generation core or newer
It does not have a UEFI BIOS
It does not support Secure boot.
It does not have a TPM 2.0 security device. Yours has the older TPM 1.2 version.

Download the W23H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
24H2 hasn't been released to the public yet. and if you don't have a W11 PC, you can't get the 24H2 Beta version.
