Hello
Have Googled heatsink/fan options for this processor and have come up empty.
You can try Google also. It does not look good.
Your processor is not designed to run demanding games. The processor will pin at close to 100% as it is not capable of running demanding games. This site can be used to see if your PC can run specific games.
What software are you using to check processor temps when running games? The processor will heat up when stressed. A different heatsink/fan may reduce temps but your processor and your graphics chipset can't handle demanding games.

Hello
Would like to assist you with this issue.
First, can I ask why you want to change? The processor is soldered on the motherboard and only requires 10 watt TDP which means it should not run very hot.
Have seen MB's using this processor with only passive heatsink for cooling.
