Welcome to our HP Community Forum!
Your HP All-in-One 22-dd1001na PC (65P84EA), as fitted with a "Row" motherboard (SSID: 87F3), as specified by: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06945606, can be upgraded with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 or an Intel Core i7-1165G7:
And yes: you can upgrade your RAM to 8GB (2 x 4GB). According to the aforementioned HP's "Row" motherboard specs, your AIO can be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks. As a matter of fact, Crucial even claims up to 2 x 32GB of RAM: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-22-dd1001na-all-in-one#memory -but I digress.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,

Actually, it appears that these processors are an integral part of your AIO's motherboard and cannot be removed:
What this means is that if you want to upgrade from your i3 to an i5 processor, that involves swapping your motherboard.
