HP Recommended

Hi, I have an HP Elite Tower 800 G9 Desktop PC (260W, i5-12500). However, I want to install a GPU RTX 3060, whose minimum watt is 550W. I read the user manual and found there is an option for 550W. May I ask if I can buy the 550W PSU solely? Also another three 16GB RAMs?
