Good Morning !!  I have HP Compaq 8200 Elite Convertible Microtower with Intel Core i5 2400 CPU 3.10 GHz,Processor , Can  upgrade the processor by Intel Core i5 3470 CPU 3.20 GHz Processor  ??????

Hi:

 

You cannot install any 3rd gen core processor in the 8200 Elite series.

For desktop boards based on the Intel® Q67 Express Chipset, Intel® Q65 Express Chipset, or Intel® B65 Express Chipset, upgrading from a 2nd Generation to a 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ Processor isn't possible.
