I cannot find the RAM type online, however the make and model of the RAM stick currently installed is Kingston HP32D4U8D8HC-16X. Its a single stick of 16Gb RAM, which im trying to add another to run in dual channel support. However i cannot find this Kingston HP32D4U8D8HC-16X RAM anywhere online. When i search it within HP parts search it doesnt populate anything either.

With prefix HP,  I think it is from Kingston but specially for HP specs. Part surfer  does not give any info

Please try Crucial which says "These upgrades are guaranteed compatible when you order from Crucial.com "

@Banhien is there not a way where i can just buy a replacement part through HP/Kingston? An exact replica of whats currently installed. Like obviously if theres warranty issues and the part is say DOA, they have to have the ability to send out an exact replacement or something comparable? How would I get in touch with someone within HP for that purpose?

Ok dawg, go to your command prompt on windows. Just type it in your start bar search. Then pin it to you taskbar, because it looks cool and you're friends will be impressed by you doing very simple things on command line lol. Idk if you already know your part # you might have done this already. You're gonna type wmic memorychip list full  then hit ENTER, that will give you all the deets. Just make sure you match up your speed and everything should be fine. The hp prefix is just like oem bs. I imagine you want it to look the same so I would suggest doing a search on newegg or google for hyperx 16GB DDR4-3200. Or whatever your specs are I think I we the same exact problem though lol. That way you don't have to get one of those ugly ass crucial sticks.
