Hello,
I have a pc with windows 10 with 4 GB of DDR3L RAM and I would like to increase it to 8 GB.
I added a 4 GB DDR3 module and the BIOS does not detect it.
I got a message telling me that the module is not installed.
The motherboard normally supports DDR3L by default, and the one installed so far was DDR3.
Is it possible to make these 2 bars coexist?
I looked in the BIOS but I don't see any particular option for setting the RAM.
The BIOS was recently updated.
driverscloud and cpuz correctly detect memory in windows 10, but not BIOS.
Regards
