Your Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000i as per https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/victus-by-hp-15l-gaming-desktop-pc-tg02-0000i/2101006741/docume..., is fitted with the Reno2 motherboard with SSID: 89B5. According to https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-victus-15l-tg02-0000i, you could upgrade your RAM up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks.  However, all you would ever need for Gaming is at most 2 x 16GB RAM.

Looking for the very best 2 x 16GB RAM options for you amongst fellow HP System Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0xxx User benchmarks here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Victus-by-HP-15L-Gaming-Desktop-TG02-0xxx/263041.

Based on this real-life User information, here is a list of the best performing 2 x 16GB RAM options -I have done the research for you, so you don't have to:

Samsung M378A2K43EB1-CWE 2x16GB at 3200 MHz
Samsung M378A2G43AB3-CWE 2x16GB at 3200 MHz
Crucial CT16G4DFRA32A.C8FE 2x16GB at 3200 MHz
Micron 8ATF2G64AZ-3G2E1 2x16GB at 3200 MHz
Hynix HMAA2GU6AJR8N-XN 2x16GB at 3200 MHz

[EDIT #1:] If you want me to be even more specific, I would be happy to oblige.  Based on my own experience with this RAM, I would consider the first RAM option I mentioned.  You can purchase a 16GB Samsung M378A2K43EB1-CWE RAM stick for $48 each here: M378A2K43EB1-CWE - Samsung 1x 16GB DDR4-3200 UDIMM PC4-25600U Dual Rank x8 Module (memory.net). But since you are free to do your own research, ANY of the other RAM options are A-OK too. You just have to shop around (Amazon, Newegg, eBay, MemoryNet, etc.) and pick whatever you want.

[EDIT #2:] I would strongly recommend installing identical RAM sticks: same brand, model and capacity, for best RAM and Gaming performance.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
