Kind of a catch all set of questions:
My Obelisk hard drive is getting close to being out of the 500gb for the operating system. All personal items are stored in the cloud or an additional hard drive...
With the Obelisk Desktop, I am going to install a 2tb SSD. I found my product key via command line. Since I am not doing a "recovery or factory setting re-install" on the current drive, and using a new one. What is the best way to do this to keep the Windows Product key and reinstall all the HP software like the support assistant, Omen Gaming Hub, HP Jumpstarts.
I have done the recovery usb, just wanted to check before I continue trying on a new SSD Hard drive. I also didn't know if there was a way to "move" whats on the SSD to retain mapped network drives and program settings.
Thanks for the help and feel free to point me in the right director if there is another thread that is similar!
