Upgrade SSD explain

Hi Sir,i have a doubt.i know basic little things in my laptop,now laptop speed is slow.once a power on the laptop.it takes more time to open.laptop very very hanging now.so i want to upgrade SSD.

my question is 250gb,500gb,1tb which one ssd is suitable for my laptop.snd which brand company ssd to need my laptop,overall things please explain me.my laptop is now very very slow.so please explain ssd details...which center i go with change ssd this details also explain me.location=india,chennai.

I see that you are facing slow performance issues with your HP Notebook.

Please run the updates from HP Support Assistant by following the steps listed below:
1. Download the current version from this Weblink
2. Click on Updates and Messages to scan for new updates.
3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
