Hi, I desperately need upgrade my SSD to bigger one. Can somebody provide detailed instruction how to do it especially how to clone my old SSD etc.

@VesaN -- use the free version of the MACRIUM REFLECT software to "clone" every byte from the current SSD to a brand-new SSD.

 

If your computer can boot a copy of this software from a USB memoryoo-stick, and if you can disconnect your CD/DVD drive's "power" and "data" cables, and connect those two cables to the new SSD, just boot from the USB, and pick your "source" disk-drive and your "target" disk-drive, and click "clone".

When it completes, disconnect the original SSD, disconnect the new SSD, remove the current SSD, connect the new SSD, and reconnect the CD/DVD drive.

You may have to enter BIOS SETUP, to tell the computer to "boot" from the new SSD (it may try, unsuccessfully) from the now-removed SSD.
