Hello, in your PC's maintenance and service guide, you can see page 2 you have in effect an m.2 slot for install m.2 SATA or m.2 PCIe NVMe SSD keeping your actual hard drive:

But page 49 I see a board, necessary to remove your actual hard drive.. So I recommend to you to open your PC for check if you have been an m.2 slot directly on your motherboard.
For this you need to remove your optical drive (page 29), open your PC (page 32) and page 48 you can see the m.2 SSD.
