No, as long as, you don't damage any of the other components upgrading the graphics card will not void your warranty. It is actually one of the easier upgrades. HP doesn't do any upgrades on computers. Any reputable computer shop can do it for you. Just check pricing with several of them before getting it done. It shouldn't cost more than a hour's labor, at most.
