Upgrade all in one pc

This is an old computer i own. The spec is very old. im wondering if i can upgrade the parts for a better performance. If so, what do you recommend?

sorry but this is not so scalable
apart from ram memory...
possibly an ssd instead of the HDD
but beware it is very fragile
