I want to replace the cooling system of the video card, at the moment I have a RTX 2080ti by HP and the card is very hot, fan speed is 90-100% when temp over 83-85(c)
I need a picture of RTX 2080ti by HP(it's important) as in the picture below:
At the moment there is no technical possibility to inspect the GPU

There are after market cooling systems available for any of the RTX 20xx cards. IMHO, the best are liquid cooled. Two years ago I purchased an eVga hybrid kit for a gtx 1070 that was also eVga. I had no problem swapping out the cooling system. Unfortunately, the pump has been making a terrible racket starting about 3 months ago. It still cools, but something is wrong and it is not just the sound of air bubbles in the pump which was one suggestion at the eVga forum. The price has skyrocketed for graphic boards. Good luck finding a cheap cooler!
