Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, we have an HP Pavilion 570-P0XX and there is a heck of a noise coming from the HP 860619-001 AMD RADEON R5 435 BB8 2GB GDDR5 DISPLAY ADAPTER.

 

It's probably wearing out, so please could anyone tell me what an upgraded version would be, please?

hi

I don't know if I could find the message, but a user had this type of problem
from memory he used a product, for the fan, and if I remember that solved his problem!
already try to disassemble it, and dust it with a dry air spray, special

Thanks for your reply. We've done this but it's still as loud and noisy as it was.

The only thing that temporarily stops it making a racket is whacking the side of the computer.

We need a new one, but we can find one in stock 😞
