Upgrade for omen Gaming

Hello Everyone

I bought this desktop computer :
HP - OMEN Gaming - Intel Core i7-9700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER - 1TB HDD + 512GB Solid State Drive - Shadow Black

and I would like to know which ram should I put to upgrade (it says It can go up to 32GB)

and when I plugged into the computer, I hear a continuing beep...

Do you know what is the problem ?

Because from what I checked it supposed to be good 😕

so, here, it's a module for dell, but it's possible that it's compatible, not sure!
have you tried the module on its own?
Because at least two options
the module is not compatible at all, does not work if on its own
compatible, but not with the one in place, buy the same, personally I think it's a bit expensive here
