According to the parts list for your PC, it has a HP 'Camphor' motherboard.
According to the memory upgrade information for the motherboard, it has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR3/DDR3L-1600 memory.
HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications (Camphor) | HP® Support
So, if you want to max out the memory, you can buy two of the Crucial or two of the Kingston 8 GB memory chips.
If you just want a total of 8 GB, you can buy one of the Crucial or Kingston 4 GB memory chips.

Hi Paul, after I have installed the additional 8GB RAM, (12GB memory now), since then my desktop is running great with much faster response and without any issue. Very Happy about the performance now.
Thanks
Joseph
