Your OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop PC - 875-0101ng (6QE64EA) as fitted with an HP Edoras motherboard (SSID: 84FD), which is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning, you could swap your current 500-watt power supply with any industry standard ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your desktop.
Same goes for any graphics card upgrade: if you have the budget to buy a high-end graphics card, such as an RTX 3070, RTX 3080, RTX 3090, or the RTX 4070/80/90 models as you can see here, you'll have to upgrade your power supply accordingly, and you'll have to carefully measure what card would fit in your case: likely not the extra-long 3-cooling fan models.
But if you want to stick with your 500-watt power supply, you could upgrade to an RTX 2060 Super, RTX 2070, RTX 3060, RTX 4060, even some RTX 4070 models, to name but a few of the best gaming cards.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
