Is it possible to change/upgrade graphics card on this All-in-One model? The current one is to slow even to handle quite basic gaming graphics.

Here is the spec page for that model
It does not show any graphics card option. The graphics duties are part of the CPU and may, possibly be upgraded, by changing out the CPU for a faster, better one. This might be beyond what you wish to do as a user. This is not considered a user job.
Depending on the CPU installed in the unit under consideration, it might not be an option.
Click on the processor category to see options of upgrades available. The "Intel Core i7-4785T (Haswell) 2.2 GHz Quad Core" being the highest rated CPU.
I'm not an HP employee.

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Sorry, but many AIO PC's, such as your product, have most components integrated into the motherboard (MB).
Video is integrated in the CPU and you have no available socket on the MB for adding a better graphics card.
You could upgrade the CPU (Link) depending on what CPU you have now. Look in "Video" and "Processor Upgrade Information"at the above link for details.
But this upgrade may not improve gaming much.
