Hi, I want to upgrade my graphics card from a GT 1030 (2 GB GDDR5) to a RTX 4060. But my HP Pavilion Desktop Tp01-2001hk only have a 350W Gold efficiency power supply. I want to upgrade my PSU to 400-500w so that I can upgrade my graphics card to RTX 4060. What compatible HP PSU do you recommend?
System SKU 457N4PA#AB5
Baseboard product 8860 (Stark motherboard)

Welcome to our HP community forum!
Btw, your 350-watt power supply as fitted with one 6+2-pin PCIe power cable, should be able to power one of the RTX 4060 models (with a 115-watt TDP) I have listed below, but in order to err on the side of caution, yes, I would recommend the 400-watt power supply with part number: L04618-800, which can comfortably power a smaller-sized (dual fan) RTX 4060 model, powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as these examples: ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, GIGABYTE RTX 4060 WINDFORCE OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, or: MSI RTX 4060 VENTUS 2X BLACK Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
