HP All-in-One PC 24-df0000i (8SP47AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Our desktop is not nearly fast enough... nor does it have enough storage... I'm uploading and downloading many video files into a cloud based server, so I'm having to temporarily have enough space to hold them all.,,, and then, uploading into a permanent AWS storage. I keep maxing out our computers- I just can't keep filling up the hard drive and doing in small batches. It's just not running as efficiently as it could. My machine is fairly new, so can I upgrade to make it serve our needs?

I'm pretty lost when looking at all the options and want to max out (pretty much) the processing speed and hard drive. Can anyone tell me what to buy as far as:

- Ram (I wanna remove the 8GB and upgrade as much as reasonably possible),
- Hard Drive(s) (I hope to add a second but willing to replace, so we would have two larger drives),
- Video Card (I'm not processing tons of video on my machine but I am editing some- I may want to upgrade as well, while I'm at it).

I'm a bit lost on hardware slots and compatibility. Would appreciate any help some of you can offer!

Thank you in advance,
David

Hi @inbama

You made an unfortunate choice for a PC because upgrading video for  your AIO PC is limited by the installed processor.

You can upgrade the  PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD to a maximum of 4TB and you can bump up the installed memory to 32GB.

Online vendor source for guaranteed compatible memory and SSD products for your PC.
