I would like to understand if I could change my motherboard so that I can improve my PC over time

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Unfortunately, the TG01 PCs are similar to Laptops.

 

The power supply, MB, and case are proprietary components which work together.

 

The HP case and power supply only work with HP MBs. HP MB options in the TG01 PC series would have similar integrated component configurations.

 

There would be no compelling reason to install a different, compatible HP MB in your case.

 

You can upgrade components installed in the HP case and MB such as:

 

Graphics card

Memory

CPU, with limits

Storage

Possible power supply upgrade to a 500 watt part
