Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Your HP Slim Desktop PC S01-pF2567in (67B14PA) is powered by a 180-watt power supply which would be insufficient to power a low-profile RX 6400, RTX 3050 or GTX 1650 fitted with a low-profile PCIe bracket.
Unfortunately, HP does not provide an OEM power supply upgrade, and instead you'll have to find a 300-watt power supply upgrade as shown in this Amazon-US link: https://www.amazon.com/Slimline-Supply-Upgrade-Desktop-Computer/dp/B007PENMXQ.
If you happen to find this 300-watt slim-line power supply upgrade (perhaps via AliExpress), make sure that the dimensions of any graphics card upgrade are a fit inside your case.
Kind Regards,
