HP TG02-1000na
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently took delivery.  Before placing the order the saleswoman told me that I could add 2TB of M.2 SSD to the 1 TB preinstalled.  Since then I have been told I can add no M.2, 512 GB M.2, 1TB M.2, 2 TB M.2, 2 x2TB M.2, up to 4TB SATA SSD, no SATA SSD or HDD and a lot other variations.  Customer services do not contact me.  Promised phone calls have not arrived.  Does anyone know what SSD storage I can add please?

The computer lists expansions  slots and expansion means to make larger so I assume they are used to make something larger.

Having looked at Trustpilot HP appears to be one of the lowest rated companies in the UK and their managers don't seem to care.

Hello

But please tell me what does:-

EXPANSION SLOTS

2 M.2

mean

given that the internet says (https://www.google.com/search?q=What+is+an+expansion+slot%3F&rlz=1C1EJFA_enGB726GB726&oq=What+is+an+...) if you wish to see where the definition comes from.

"What is an expansion slot?

An expansion slot is a socket on a computer motherboard that allows you to add additional components to your system. These slots are used to expand the capabilities of your computer and can be used to add new functionality to your system."

Thanks

Having looked at Trust Pilot for HP the fact that they score 1.2 / 5 seems to say that their Customer Service is less that mediocre.  Having spent hours on the phone to HP over the past 2 months my experience bears this out promised return calls never made; told theyve rung me but no message and no missed call; no two people telling me the same thing; Customer Service (!!!???) staff have no managers and when you complain about a named member of staff that member of staff contacts you is not acceptable.  Well; anyone had the same run around?

EXPANSION SLOTS

2 M.2

what does that mean please? Thanks or any responses.
