I have an HP Z240 16GB ram, Intel Core i7 6700 @3.4Ghz with Nvidia Quadro K620
What would be a good upgrade to the graphics card to be able to comfortably pass the Steam VR Performance Test?
Many thanks

I looked up the spec for your system and it was missing the power supply information
https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri
I looked over here
https://partsurfer.hp.com/WSearch.aspx?Wchar=Y&searchText=z240
and picked one and the power supply replacements are in the 200 watt range. That will be insufficient for gaming.
Open your case and make a note of the power supply power rating.
Look up the game you want to play here
https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri
Using either the minimum or the recommended devices, go here
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/quadro-k620.c2600
and scroll the window until you find the graphics board that was listed at "can you run it"
Then check the power requirements against what your system comes with.
Good Luck.
