Hi @ginnpr1 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Windows 11 has specific system requirements, including TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module) and other hardware specifications. If your HP All-In-One - 20-C020 (ENERGY STAR) meets these requirements, you should be able to upgrade to Windows 11.

Here are the steps you can take to check if your system is eligible for a Windows 11 upgrade:

Check System Requirements:

  • TPM 2.0: Ensure that your computer has TPM 2.0. You can check this in the BIOS/UEFI settings of your computer.
  • Other Hardware Requirements: Make sure your system meets other hardware requirements such as a compatible 64-bit processor, 4 GB or more RAM, and sufficient storage space.

Windows 11 Compatibility Check:

  • Microsoft provides a PC Health Check tool that you can use to check if your device is eligible for Windows 11. This tool will check for hardware requirements and inform you if your system can run Windows 11.

BIOS/UEFI Update:

  • Check if there are any BIOS/UEFI updates available for your HP All-In-One. Sometimes, manufacturers release updates to add support for new features, including Windows versions.

Backup Important Data:

  • Before any major operating system upgrade, it's a good practice to back up your important data. This ensures that you don't lose any critical files during the upgrade process.

Upgrade Process:

  • Once you've confirmed that your system meets the requirements, you can proceed with the Windows 11 upgrade. This can be done through Windows Update. Keep in mind that the availability of the Windows 11 upgrade
  •

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
