I need help in locating instructions about removing/opening the back of this All-in-one. I have searched all the internet and all they have is instruction for older models. Can any one direct me to where I can download the method about doing it? Help much appreciated.
This is the slowest computer I have ever encountered.

The Product number ANN00AA is an HP AIO 27-xa0009, as shown here.
Typically a person looks at the actual specifications on the computer before purchase. 🙄 You have had it since 01/2020. To criticize a purchase after you left the store is akin to buyer remorse, but the criticize a lowly 1.7 Ghz processor by calling it the slowest computer ever encountered is not kind.. You bought a slow unit, then became unhappy? Upgrading the CPU at this juncture would only render a max of 20% increase.
Past comments were about the small storage of an 128GB SSD. Did you know that unit has a 2TB (2000GB) hard drive for storage. Assign your folders to help.
I really did not like to make this reply, but your initial comment interested me immensely. I volunteer my time to assist HP users in their issues. Unhappily some vent there frustration, and I try to explain it so that others understand.
FYI here is the service/upgrade on a HP 27 xa-00xx unit.
YOUR OTHER POST really presents a more curious issue. Do you own 2 different AIO models.
HP Envy 8 5010 Tablet
(2) HP DV7t i7 3160QM 2.3Ghz 8GB
Printer -- HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 Legal
Custom Asus Z97D, I7-4790k, 16GB RAM, WIN10 Pro 64bit, ZOTAC GTX1080 AMP Extreme 3 fan 8GB RAM, 500GB SSD, Asus PB287 4k monitor, Rosewill Blackhawk case and 750W OCZ PSU.

Thank you for the info. I also fully accept your comments, you are right. Being the owner of 5 HP computers I should have known better. I must have been dazzled by the looks of this All-in-one.
Yours,
