Can I upgrade by HP Envy Phoenix 860-180st gforce gtx 970 to a 1050Ti? or gtx 1060?

I see you need help in upgrading the video card, on HP ENVY Phoenix 860-010 Desktop PC. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you.

 

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have  NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (2 GB)  installed on the PC.

 

To get the answer to this question, Yes! you can upgrade the video card.
