Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently(today) upgraded my 4GB of RAM up to 8GB. In the settings it shows I have all 8 but only 3.49 available, which isn't what I believe it should be, not that I know much. I just need to know if it should be showing higher and if so how to change that.

Hi:

 

Yes, that seems kind of low to me.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to do this...

Run the msconfig utility.

Click on the Boot tab.

Click on the Advanced Options button

If the Maximum Memory box is checked, uncheck it.

Close the utility and restart the PC.
