1. CPU: you can't, it  Supports the AMD A12-9730P (Bristol Ridge) Quad Core processor only.

2. RAM: it has 8GB now, you can upgrade to 16GB. It Supports up to PC4-17000 (DDR4-2133). HP uses RAM from few manufacturers. Please use CPU-Z to see what it is then buy the SAME

3. GPU: you can't, its motherboard does not support.

4. Storage: You may be able to replace HDD with SSD but you need a right bracket.
