Can someone tell me how to obtain (if feasible) a card to upgrade my USB 1.1 Port to 2.0. My computer is a Pavillion P6510f. I'm having a hard time finding this info. Does anyone know if the USB card is hard wired to the mother board? Thanks in advance. Ray

The P6510f has 2 USB ports on the front. The rear has 2 USB1.1 for the keyboard and mouse, and 4 USB2.0 data ports. I would surmise the 2 fronts are USB 2.0, but you can test the data speed with the same thumb drive in either front USB port versus any rear USB 2.0 with HD Tune version 2.55 (freebie).

Hi,
You can't convert but can add more USB 2.0 ports using PCIe - USB 2.0 card such as:

I want to thank you so very much. You saved me much time and possibly dollars. Again, thank you
