Upgrading CPU & Memory on a HP Pavilion p6-2103wb Desktop PC

I need to upgrade my PC. HP isn't interested in helping me because my PC is out of warranty.  LOL

Model: HP Pavilion p6-2103wb Desktop PC

Current CPU: 2.70 gigahertz Intel Pentium G630 (socket LGA1155)

They say I can upgrade along these lines:
