Hello, I swapped out the current CPU (Intel® Pentium® CPU G620) for an I7-3770. There is no post, however the fans and power all work as usual. When I look up my product I get the S5-1414 instead of the S5-1114, and that product says it supports an upgrade to 3770. Anyone know why it won't POST? I had to swap back the G620 in order to get it to work again. The 3770 was pulled from a working system by the way.

Unfortunately, the best processor that would be compatible with your HP Pavilion Slimline S5-1114 Desktop PC is the i7-2600S (65-watt TDP): CPU-Upgrade: Intel Pentium G620 CPU.
Kind Regards,
