Hi there I have an Elitebook 8570p with previous processor setup an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M @ 2.50 GHz processor. Recently upgraded to Intel Core i7-3740QM. When downloading from google drive or copying between hard rives I face, within 5 minutes of operation, high core temperatures up to 91Celsius(core temp, throttle stop, hwmonitor). Lowering bios voltage (adjustment options) is not an option as it is not available in throttle stop(BIOS locked I think). Changing the processor's heat sink would be an option? The original Fan sink and heat sink seems incapable to cope with this load. Please advise.
