Your system spec calls for a 500 watt and uses a GTX-1070, probably this one
At the web site above, scroll the windows up to find the GTX-3070 and then check to be sure the power requirements do not exceed 500 watts or whatever your system really has. Some custom system have have different power. Note that some 3070 with big fans take up 2.5 slots, not just 2. I got one by mistake. The 3070 needs 550 watt and uses a 12 pin.
You may want the RTX-4060 series which is almost as good as the 3070 and uses 450 watts. You will have to get a power adapter to go from 8 pins to 12. Some vendors may have 4060 with 8 or a pair of 6 but it should work in your system.
You might look for an HP branded 4060
