My problem is that my pc runs games very terribly and I would like to upgrade my graphics so can someone tell me the best graphics cards that my motherboard and cpu can handle

It does NOT have any slot for a video card, motherboard only has One M.2 socket 1, key A which is occupied by an Integrated Bluetooth 4.0 and Wireless LAN 802.11b/g/n featuring 2.4 GHz 1x1 technology.
Its video chip (GPU) is included (called integrated) with the AMD A6-7310 (Carrizo-L) Quad Core processor only. The processor is not upgradeable.
Therefore you have to live with it or buy a better machine.
