Upgrading Hp Pavillion 500-02w

I’ve been thinking about upgrading my pc it’s a Hp Pavilion 500-023w i’ve been thinking about replacing the processor to a 

i7-7700k and my gpu to a Rtx 3060 12Gb my question is will the Rtx 3060 fit my Hp pavilion 500-023w case?

Your HP Pavilion 500-023w Desktop PC (H5P66AA), as fitted with the Joshua motherboard which is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning you can swap your current stock power supply (300-watt) with any industry standard ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case -but I digress.

Your desktop cannot be fitted with a 7th-gen Intel processor, only 3rd-gen.

You can possibly upgrade your processor to a hot running i7-3770K (77-watt TDP), but it is unclear to me if HP allows 77-watt TDP processors in your desktop, and/or if your current CPU heatsink/fan combo can handle the extra heat.

A much more likely candidate to work without any issues would be the i7-3770S (65-watt TDP) with 4-Cores, 8-Threads, 3.10 GHz up to 3.90 GHz.

And lest I forget: it is very likely that an RTX 3060 will fit inside your case, but you'll have to upgrade your power supply to a 500-watt PSU fitted with two 8-pin PCIe power cables.  Many RTX 3060 cards are powered using a 12-pin power connector, which requires a dual PCIe 8-pin to 12-pin PCIe power connector cable such as this example: Amazon.com: EZDIY-FAB RTX 3000 Series 12 Pin to Dual 8 Pin PCIe Sleeved Extension Cable 300 MM- Conn....
