Hello, your actual motherboard is not an ATX motherboard, not same a micro ATX:
So I don't know the ATX power connector for the motherboard, if you don't have it you can't connect an other motherboard to your power supply. You need to have this:
If you have not this connector you can take a photo inside your PC for send me, but I think you need to replace your box and your power supply if you want to install an other motherboard.

You can't just buy the cable, it is integrated to your power supply. But maybe you can't install a real power supply in your case, so if it is not possible In your PC you need to replace the case and the power supply to install an other motherboard.

What were you actually trying to accomplish? The 690-0020 is a SUNFLOWER boards.
There is a 500W PSU, the L05757-800 that can handle the GTX 1080
1) The motherboard standoff are proprietary to HP
2) PSU is proprietary to HP
3) front panel wiring is unique with HP. Existing power switch is different wiring.
4) The WIN10 OS is embedded into the NRAM of the BIOS on the 690's motherboard, as it is with all boards using WIN10. A new WIN10 would have to be purchased to attempt this frankenstein.
