Hello. After researching my computers motherboard and compatible RAM, I installed it with no issue. The RAM I installed was Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 3600 MHz (PC4-28800) C18 1.35V Desktop Memory - CMK16GX4M2D3600C18. After booting up the computer I noticed that the speed the RAM was running at was not the 3600 MHz that the RAM could achieve. It is stuck at 2133 MHz. I tried changing the settings in the BIOS that the computer has, but the computer would restart, and then beep. Once I shut if off and turned it back on, it would default back to the original settings. Is there anyway to achieve a higher speed or even something that is more than the 2133 MHz?

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
This issue comes up often. Your OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-0000i (7WM05AV) is either fitted with the Dorado motherboard (SSID: 8704) Intel H470 chipset, TDP up to 65 watt (i9-10900/i9-10900F), or the DoradoOC motherboard (SSID: 8703) Intel Z490 chipset, TDP up to 125 watt (i9-10900K/i9-10900KF).
The problem is this -according to: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/VENGEANCE-LPX/p/CMK16GX4M2D3600C18#tab-tech..., looking under "tech specs": it says "SPD Speed 2133MHz".
Meaning, unless you have access to BIOS XMP or can use RAM OC software such as XTU in order to allow you to manipulate RAM speed, this RAM -and other fancy gaming RAM, is stuck at its SPD or default RAM speed, and there is nothing you can do about it.
When you look at other HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx Users here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-OMEN-25L-Desktop-GT12-0xxx/188923, you'll see plenty of Corsair and other gaming RAM with this issue, for example:
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x16GB at 2133 MHz (https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/59777604)
Corsair CMG32GX4M2E3200C16 2x16GB at 2133 MHz (https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/52792980)
Corsair CMH32GX4M2D3600C18 4x16GB at 2133 MHz (https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/57543353)
etc. etc.
The only RAM that performs outstandingly in this gaming platform happens to be Kingston branded HP RAM:
Kingston HP32D4U8D8HC-16X 2x16GB at 3200 MHz / Kingston HP32D4U8D8HC-16XR 2x16GB at 3200 MHz

Thank you for your response. My computer has the Dorado 8704 motherboard. I have tired using the XTU software to increase the speed but it does not allow me to. It says the computer does not allow for any type of overclocking. This is confusing because HP’s website with the product info for my computer says I can upgrade up to 64 GB, and up to DDR4 - 2933. I have also tried to change the BIOS numbers and had some marginal improvements but not to either max setting of the RAM or what HP lists on the motherboard product info. The max speed I have achieved is around 2666 MHz.

You are welcome. Having looked into this issue for quite a while, I have found that many HP desktops are rather particular when it comes to picking RAM with the best RAM performance/speed, but this model beats them all. Usually, looking at real-life User benchmarks, I am able to locate at least some RAM alternatives, but not with the HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx -at least looking through UserBenchMark User performance scores.
My best recommendation -unless someone shows up who can prove otherwise: buy 2 x 16GB Kingston HP32D4U8D8HC-16X, and there are very few places to get them, here is one of them: HP Kingston 16GB DDR4 3200MHz Desktop RAM 2Rx8 XMP4-3200-UB1-11 HP32D4U8D8HC-16X | eBay.

That is a really good question. I am not sure which motherboard(s), if any, would be a fit in your desktop case.
When I researched this question, this is what typically came up most frequently, and I quote:
"The OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-0000i is compatible with Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. The specific motherboard models that would fit depend on the size of the case and the power supply unit, as well as the processor socket and chipset compatibility. However, the GT12-0000i comes with a pre-installed motherboard, so it is not designed to be replaced or upgraded by the user."

Thank you so much for all your help. I plan to get a new case and find a motherboard you mentioned that is compatible with most of the components I have. I plan to get a different processor, new motherboard, and possibly a new power supply. I will keep RAM, GPU, and SSD to hopefully install those into the new motherboard when it comes time.
