Upgrading RAM in an HP All-in-One PC

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-d0080 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The All-in-one PC I just purchased (See product name above) has 16 Gb of RAM, but is supposed to be upgradeable to 32 GB of RAM.  I need to know two things: 1) how do I access the memory inside the computer; 2) exactly what module do I need for the upgrade.  It comes with one 1x16Gb DDR4-2666 SDRAM.

@Old_Blue_64,

According to HP site, the answer is "NO".

  • Supports up to 16 GB (unbuffered) with two 8 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems
    note:
    Maximum memory shown reflects the capability of the hardware and can be limited further in the operating system.

Solution was not helpful.  My inquiry was about a Pavilion All in one, not an Envy.
