I need to upgrade the Ram and want to upgrade to the highest possible for this computer. The Product ID is 00342-21040-33056-AAOEM. Can someone help me with what I need to purchase?

The model you indicate has the memory soldered to the board (LPDDR5) and cannot be upgraded, if your model is different please indicate the product number that has this form ASDFG#ABC

The model is :  24-cr0046

 

the memory is LPDDR5 are memories that are soldered to the motherboard, can not upgrade
