Hi:

 

You can remove and replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip.

 

The memory you want to buy should work, but I can't guarantee it.

 

I usually recommend Crucial memory because they guarantee compatibility for most PC's.

 

This report is for the HP 15-ef1072nr which has the slightly better AMD Ryzen™ 3 3250U processor.
