Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP ENVY 700-030 Desktop PC (H5P81AA), as fitted with the Joshua-H61-uATX (SSID: Foxconn 2ADA) motherboard, is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning, you can upgrade your 300-watt stock power supply with any industry standard ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case.
With your 300-watt power supply (please verify), here are some GPU options: GTX 1650 4GB, RX 550 4GB, and GTX 1050 Ti 4GB.
The best processor you can install in your desktop: i7-3770K (TDP 77 watt), and you can install up to 2 x 8GB of DDR3 PC3-12800, 1600 MHz, Non ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 240-pin RAM sticks.
Hope this was helpful.

Here you go:
The GPUs I mentioned are powered through the x16 PCIe slot.
You can get any one of these graphic cards via eBay or Amazon, such as these purchase examples:
1.) GTX 1650 4GB: MSi Twin Frozr 7 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card Geforce GTX 1650 Super Gaming | eBay
2.) RX 550 4GB: Amazon.com: Bewinner RX550 Graphics Card, 4GB GDDR5 1071MHz 6000MHz 128bit Gaming Graphics Card, PCI...
3.) GTX 1050 Ti 4GB: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Windforce OC GPU | 1yr Warranty, Fast Ship! 889523007488 | eBay
Please note that you are strongly encouraged to do your own research and to determine what graphics card you need. The purchase examples I listed are just that: examples -albeit the ones I would consider buying if I needed any of these. If you come to the conclusion that the game(s) you want to play requires a higher-end GPU, then you'll also have to upgrade your power supply.

You are welcome!
If you are purchasing an AMD RX 550, please download its driver, specifically this one to be found here: Radeon™ RX 550 Drivers & Support | AMD and leave it in your download queue. Of course, download the correct driver depending on what Windows version you got -I assume Windows 10: https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/installer/23.10/whql/amd-software-adrenalin-edition-23.7.2-minimalse....
Once you got the AMD RX 550 graphics card and installed it in your PC, then install the driver, not before.
