I'm trying to add a video card in order to use its HDMI port. I have placed it and the fans on the video card are running correctly however the PC is not recognizing it in device manager. How do I fix this?

Sorry to bug you again Paul but just want to make sure before I buy a card and it's not compatible. I found a Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 PCIe Low Profile Video Card 11192-18 10032, would this work with my system?
It's not much more expensive than the HD 6450, and Ive also found the gigabyte version of that.
If my 220w PSU wouldn't be strong enough I can probably spare a few more bucks and get a 400w one from eBay
