Hello,
I would like to upgrade the RAM and ROM of my All in One (all details below)
What is the maximum of RAM possible? Which kind of RAM?
Same question about the 2 ROM devices (SSD and SATA).
One special question about the SATA HD:
Can I install a SSD?
Many thanks
Regards,
Eric

@Eric75000 , welcome to the Community.
Here are the Product and Motherboard Specifications for the computer. If you look at the section titled "Memory upgrade information" you will see that the maximum memory is 16 GB. The AIO came with that amount.
In the section titled "Hard drives" you will find the specifications of the SSD and HDD. You will have to check to see if the HDD has the appropriate cables to connect a 2.5" SSD. Also, make certain that there is enough space for the SSD.
Please click the "Yes" button if my reply was helpful and "Accept as Solution" if your problem is Solved!!

Hello old_geekster
Thank you for your answer!
I have one more question.
As my AIO was fixed by HP last year (a problem concerning the SSD), I checked unfortunately one month later after its reparation that the audio connector is difficult to connect a headphone.
By the way, is there any pdf file explaining the way to open the PC without harming it, step by step?
Thank you
Eric

You are very welcome, @Eric75000!
I could not find any information on removing the back of your AIO. Since you are in France, you should run a search to see if someone has posted a video that explains the steps.
