@Daniel358,

That is an excellent point: not knowing the specifics of your moving arrangements and especially how things are being moved, definitely remove your graphics card and package it separately, maybe you want to do the same with your CPU heatsink.

Better safe than sorry.

I’ve been enjoying playing on the pc I have been able to play all the games I want but this one problem is really Annoying every time a power outage happens or I disconnect the pc from power it automatically turns on then off then back on and then I get this message a request has been made to change this system is secure boot configuration which may affect the secure boot keys and/or may disable secure boot and then I have to take my windows 11 usb and repair my install this is really annoying because I usually move it to connect it to my tv so it’s really inconvenient for it to corrupt my windows IMG_2754.jpegany solution

@Daniel358,

Okay, this is what I would like you to do.

First, restart your PC and hit the "F10" several times so that you can access BIOS.

Then go the "Advanced" tab, select "Configure Legacy Support and Secure Boot", and select: "Legacy Support Disable and Secure Boot Enable" (if it isn't already selected), like so:

If this is a new setting, save changes, and boot up Windows.

Next, type in: CMD in your Windows search bar, right-click on the Command Prompt app, left-click on: Run as administrator, then click on "Yes", and type in: sfc /scannow and allow to run, will take few minutes.

Once completed, it may say that integrity issues have been found and have been successfully repaired, or it did not find any issues.  Regardless, copy/paste/enter the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

This may take even longer to complete, be patient.

Once completed, run CCleaner, including cleaning out the Registry found under the "Tools" tab and clicking on: "Scan for Issue".

Once completed, restart PC.  If your issue persists, remove the CMOS battery for a minute and reinsert it.  Restart PC.

Kind Regards,

Btw this message only comes when I disconnect the power cord of my pc and when I plug it back in it’s turns on by itself and the. Power cycles then this message shows up then I click enter key without authorizing the changes and then I boot through windows usb and use sfc /scannow to fix the windows it’s never happens when I shut down the pc and turn it on only happens when I disconnect it from power and btw I already have it on Legacy Support Disable and Secure Boot Enable I haven’t tried DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth yet but I don’t understand how it’s the hard drives fault this has to be a bios issue and also why should I remove the cmos battery why can’t I just reset the bios to default settings

HP Recommended

If I restart the pc this screen doesn’t come up it only happens when I unplug the power cord from the extension cord or if I press the switch off button on the power switch on the outlet also sometimes if I open the bios and then exit the bios it happens

@Daniel358,

Removing the CMOS battery for one minute = resetting BIOS.

Will this 100% fix my issue

@Daniel358,

I don't know, you'll have to wait and see and find out.  Preferably, I would recommend that you plug in your PC to a decent uninterruptible power supply (UPS) in one permanent location and not move it around.
