Greetings,
I would like if someone can help me with this:
I found at home an old HP Pavilion Slimline s7310n and I am trying to restore and upgrade it, alredy installed 4GBs of RAM, Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (32bits) and works fine. Now I'm trying to upgrade its CPU and installing a Video card (GPU).
My Question is which CPU and GPU is the MAX this pc motherboard can support without having a bottleneck when processing the data specially from the GPU.
Here are some Specs from the PC:
* CPU: CeleronM 370 (D) 1.5 GHz Socket 479
* Motherboard: ASUS PTGV-DM (Onyx2-GL8E)
* Chipset: Intel 915GV
* 400 MHz front side bus
* 4GB RAM DDR2
* Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (32bits)
I would really appreciate any help on this, thanks in advance,
JerryM2
P.S.: Is my first time trying to reemsambling and upgrading an old pc, I am not an expert in the matter. 🙂

As that unit does not have a PCIE GPU slot (it only has PCI) it's not going to be a candidate for upgrades.
