Your asking about an unit that will be 12 years old in March.
1) It will not support modern graphic cards, nothing about the GTX 660. The GTX 670 is a dice-roll.
2) Any standard ATX PSU will work, The CorsairCX450 will work, and is an exact fit. That 5.5" length is critical, a longer depth PSU could strike the CD/DVD drive cables.
3) RAM:
You have a 2GB and 1GB modules. That is a lousy configuration. The unit runs in dual channel mode, so it needs matching pairs in the channel to perform efficiently. As the MAX is 8GB total, I suggest you toss out the current modules, and put in TWO of these pairs. That will give you 2-2-2-2 or 8GB. (2x$63).
Here is the support page, from this link you can determine CPU and RAM.
