The installed SSD in the computer is a NVMe SK hynix bc711 hfm256gd3jx013n. It has 256GB capacity. I would like to upgrade to a 2TB SSD to support streaming and games. What are my options? I understand it may be limited by the bus speed. Thank you for your consideration.

My recommendation is to purchase a quality Gen3 or Gen4* x4 M.2 NVMe SSD without breaking the bank so to speak, such as:
* A Gen4 x4 drive will run at Gen3 I/O speeds.
